inception ANEI was a company of troubleshooters. The founders were comitted to
making computers and networks operate reliably. At the time many people
were starting their second careers and jumping into the IT field because
improved salaries. But few had the necessary skills and experience to make
computer networks function as they had intended. As a consequence the 90's is
often described as a love hate period for computers.
ANEI has been called to hundreds of locations to tropubleshoot malfunctions. And
for well over a decade we keep seeing the same things over and over again. We
find that internal staff is often complacent and lacks the ongoing training
necessary to keep network in good working order. We visit new offices frequently
and see different environments all the time. This experience translates into
